'Οροι κράτησης: / Important conditions:
* Απαιτείται το 25% της συνολικής χρέωσης μετά την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης. Το υπόλοιπο 75% καταβάλεται 10 ημέρες πριν την έναρξη του συνεδρίου. / 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The 75% balance is to be paid 10 days before the commencement of the conference.
* Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης το 25% της προκαταβολής δεν επιστρέφεται. / In case of a cancellation the 25% advance payment is irrevocable and can never be refunded.
* Κάθε επιπλέον χρέωση που μπορεί να προκύψει καταβάλεται στο τέλος του συνεδρίου. / All extra charges that might occur are to be paid in full at the end of the conference.
